In the practical application, RFID system should consider the location, distance, temperature, humidity, interference and many other factors that affect the system performance. For the untested RFID system, the overall performance of the system is not clear, which may affect the actual application effect, and even attack the end-user's confidence in RFID technology itself.

Different wireless signal transmission methods need different test equipment support, and different methods should be adopted. ISO / IEC 18047-3 defines the test method for the performance characteristics of RFID tags used for item management, and specifies the general requirements and test requirements for tag performance. Next, the specific test content is analyzed.

The functional test of induction label in accordance with ISO / iec18000-2, ISO / IEC 18000-3 and ISO / IEC18000-6 this part specifies the test content and test method of induction label, including the identification of magnetic field intensity threshold, reading magnetic field intensity threshold, writing magnetic field intensity threshold, maximum working magnetic field intensity, survival magnetic field intensity and load modulation.

For different test contents, the test method is similar: first set the test frequency, then set the amplitude of the waveform generator, then put the label into the test device, send specific instructions, and gradually increase the amplitude until the label responds. Then according to the different test content, we make targeted measurement, record the test results and calculate the value of the test content. Take the threshold test of identifying magnetic field strength as an example, as shown in flow chart 1, where urhta is the amplitude of current waveform generator.
